Statewide carries a public liability and property damage policy consisting of $1,000,000.00, including non-owned auto insurance. Fully licensed, bonded, and maintains state workers’ compensation.
STATEWIDE offers more than just routine office cleaning, we are a full spectrum building maintenance company that provides a complete maintenance service for your entire facility. Our multi-service platform includes all of the basic building/property maintenance services to include; interior cleaning, exterior maintenance, carpet cleaning, floor care, construction clean up, and sales of janitorial supplies. This program is very detailed in the areas of proper cleaning procedures, safety, and professional conduct.
STATEWIDE employees are not sub-contractors, nor are they paid by the job. Each employee is paid hourly at a rate considerably higher than minimum wage. With this in mind, our employees do not have the pressure of hurrying through a job, but are paid a fair wage and in return our customers receive the quality they deserve.
STATEWIDE has a safety committee for all health and safety issues. The committee has designed a medical safety training program which includes; biomedical waste management, infectious disease control, blood-borne pathogens, and MRI safety training. Our safety program is in compliance with the CDC, JCAHO, HIPAA, OSHA, and FLDH standards. This program enables us to properly provide specialized cleaning services customized for your medical facility.

Our management team is in constant contact by use of company cellular phones, to quickly and efficiently fulfill our client’s needs. We do require a timely notice by the client for additional services exceeding hours contracted.
